A bike tour of Santiago’s historic center, about 4 hours long: MTB bicycle, helmet and lock included, with a guide in Spanish and English dedicated only to your group. The route runs along bike lanes, green areas, pedestrian streets and urban hills, in a sustainable and safe way.
It allows you to know the main monuments, unique buildings, parks… And its corners full of history, silent witnesses of the different changes that the Capital of Chile has had. From a different perspective and touring the city in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.
A very pleasant and totally safe ride! The ride takes place along bike paths, green areas, pedestrian streets and urban hills. This excursion can start at the following times: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm. Only in summer (September to April) we add another one at 6:00 pm.
The route covers the city’s main highlights: Plaza de Armas, the former National Congress, Calle Bandera, La Moneda Palace, the Paris-Londres neighborhood and Cerro Santa Lucía, where Pedro de Valdivia founded Santiago in 1541. Along the way it skirts Parque Forestal, by the Mapocho River, and passes the Mercado Central (the fish and seafood market in a cast-iron structure from 1872, a National Monument), two blocks from Plaza de Armas.
Why it’s worth it
The pace and route adapt to your group, not the other way around: a different way to see the city, without sharing the experience with strangers.
