Ski day in Valle Nevado from Santiago (private tour, no lessons)

Your ski day in Valle Nevado, no sharing a vehicle or schedule

Valle Nevado, the most famous and recognized ski center of the Andes mountain range

This private tour is transportation and an exclusive guide to Valle Nevado only, with no lessons included (designed for skiers or snowboarders who already know how and just want to get there comfortably and on their own schedule).

You will be able to enjoy the slopes of one of the most modern ski centers in America and the biggest ski surface in South America. And if that was not enough, its three hotels, eight restaurants, apartments and all the necessary services for your comfort turn Valle Nevado not only into a winter sports center, but also into an entertainment and relaxing Après-ski space of the highest international standards, where you will go through a private service for you and your group. You’ll be able to enjoy the services that this ski center offers and all of its activities.

How to get to Valle Nevado from Santiago

Valle Nevado is in the Andes above 3,000 m, in the same mountain area as Farellones (a village at 2,300 m), La Parva and El Colorado. On this private day you don’t have to drive the mountain road: we pick you up at your hotel or home in Santiago at about 07:00, and the vehicle and guide stay with your group all day.

At 08:00 there is a gear stop where an expert helps you try on equipment (rental is not included in the price). Around 10:00 you are already skiing, with the access ticket arranged by the guide; lunch is at 14:00 and the return to Santiago leaves at 16:30. The season runs from June 20 to September 14.

Valle Nevado tour: what’s included and what’s not

It includes private round-trip transportation to Valle Nevado and an exclusive guide for the whole day. It does not include ski or snowboard lessons, the access ticket or equipment rental, gondola access, or lunch on the mountain. The guide helps you sort out the ticket, but its cost is separate.

This tour is meant for people who already know how to ski or snowboard. If you only want to see the snow, with no skiing and no ticket to buy, the group snow tour doesn’t need one, and there is also a private version.

Why it’s worth it

Because it’s a private tour, you’re not tied to a shared bus schedule: the vehicle and guide are just for your group, with pickup and return coordinated with you.
